BULK DEALS:
- FEDERAL BANK: WARHOL LTD bought 11.75 lakh shares at 400.74 on the BSE. ICICI PRU MF bought 10.43 lakh shares at 400.4 on the BSE. HSBC IRIS INVESTMENTS MAURITIUS sold 85.16 lakhs at 401.04 on the BSE. Readers may note that this marks a total exit for HSBC IRIS from the Company, whereas WARHOL has upped its stake from the 24.12 lakh shares that it held in the Company end June 2012.
- KAVERI TELECOM: AMAS INDIA INVESTMENTS sold a total of 2.25 lakh shares on the BSE and NSE at 234 (psrt) and 233 (part) each. This marks a total exit for AMAS from the Company.
- ALOK INDUSTRIES: NIRAJ REALTORS AND SHARES PVT LTD bought 50 lakh shares on the NSE at 12.88 each. NIRAJ REALTORS is a part of the Promoter group.
- DALMIA BHARAT SUGAR: The promoter bought 56 lakh shares on the NSE at 19.49 each.
- REI SIX TEN RETAIL : CREDIT SUISSE SINGAPORE sold 22.15 lakh shares at 3.6 each on the NSE. GOLDMAN SACHS sold 16.64 lakh shares at 3.55 each on the NSE. The buyer for the aforementioned entire qty of 38.79 lakh shares was INDUS INDIA FUND MAURITIUS. INDUS INDIA FUND is managed by INDUS CAPITAL PARTNERS LLC which is a employee owned AMC investing in Asian Markets. The above transaction also marks a total exit for CREDIT SUISSE and GOLDMAN SACHS from the Company.
- SKUMARS NATIONWIDE: COPTHALL MAURITIUS INVESTMENTS bought 18.36 lakh shares at 19.84 on the NSE. JM FINANCIAL PRODUCTS sold 25.44 lakh shares at 19.67 on the NSE. COPTHALL held 1.68 crore shares (5.67% stake) in the Company end June 2012
