PROMINENT BULK DEALS AND FII / DII STATS 22/08/2012

BULK DEALS:

• GENESYS INTERNATIONAL:  CREDO INDIA THEMATIC FUND bought 9.21 lakh shares on the BSE and NSE at 191. With this, CREDO becomes the 2nd largest public stakeholder in the Company.
• GENESYS INTERNATIONAL:  AMAS INDIA INVESTMENT MAURITIUS sold 9.29 lakh shares on the BSE and NSE at 191. This is a total exit for AMAS from the Company.
• GSS INFOTECH: WHITESANDS INVESTMENTS bought a total of 2.85 lakh shares on the BSE and NSE at 43.74 and 43.73 each respectively
• GSS INFOTECH : THE ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND NV sold a total of 2.85 lakh shares on the BSE and NSE at 43.72. This marks a total exit for RBS from the stock.
• GSS INFOTECH: BEAUMARIS INVESTMENTS LTD bought 2 lakh shares at 45 on the NSE and CHIRAYUUSH INVESTMENTS sold 2 lakh shares on the NSE at 45. BEAUMARIS was holding 14.1 lakh shares in the Company end JUNE 2012.
• KAVERI TELECOM: CREDO INDIA THEMATIC FUND bought 4.25 lakh shares on the BSE and NSE combinedly, at 220 each. AMAS INDIA INVESTMENTS MAURITIUS sold 4.25 lakh shares on the BSE and NSE at 219.99 each.
