• SIGNET HEALTHCARE PARTNERS QP PARTNERSHIP III LP bought 1405050 of CLARIS LIFESCIENCES at 162 each. With this purchase, SIGNET becomes the fourth largest Public Shareholder in the Company. SIGNET HEALTHCARE PARTNERS is a leading Private Equity player active in the Healthcare space providing growth capital to commercial stage healthcare companies across the world.
• ADITYA HANDA sold 1733204 of CLARIS LIFESCIENCES at 162 each. Aditya Handa is one of the promoters of the Company; his stake in the Company at the end of June 2012 stood at 6700507.
• BNY MELLON INVESTMENTS FUNDS NEWTON ASIA INCOME FUND bought 49 million shares of REI AGRO at 10.44 each
• BNY MELLON ASIAN EQUITY FUND sold 14 million shares of REI AGRO at 10.44 each
• BNY MELLON INVESTMENTS FUNDS NEWTON ORIENTAL FUND sold 35 million shares of REI AGRO at 10.44 each.
