BULK DEALS:

• WELSPUN CORP: GENESIS ASSET MANAGERS sold 28.54 lakh shares at 104.98 on the NSE. End September 2012, GENESIS was the fourth largest Public Shareholder with 67.56 lakh shares (2.97% stake) in the Company.

BLOCK DEALS:

• GULF OIL CORP: CREDO INDIA THEMATIC FUND bought 52.2 lakh shares at 83.5 while AASIA EXPORTS sold 35.09 lakh shares and AASIA MGMT AND CONSULTANCY sold 17.1 lakh shares at 83.5, on the NSE. End September 2012 AASIA was the largest Public Shareholder with 62.68 lakh shares (6.32% stake) in the Company. CREDO had earlier bought 45.89 lakh shares at 87 on 8/11/2012. With this, CREDO becomes the largest Public Shareholder in the Company with roughly 98 lakh shares in the Company.
