• KARUR VYSYA BANK: LOTUS GLOBAL INVESTMENTS sold 8 lakh shares at 426.01; FRANKLIN FLEXI CAP FUND bought 5.97 lakh shares at 426. Transactions on the BSE. LOTUS GLOBAL was holding 33.49 lakh shares end March 2012
• UB HOLDINGS: PLATINUM INVESTMENT MGMT sold 9.96 lakh shares at 131.95 on the NSE. PLATINUM was holding 10.8 % stake (72.13 lakh shares) end June 2012.
• VST INDUSTRIES: ITC sold 2.25 lakh shares at 1749.54; SBI MF bought 1.51 lakh shares at 1740. Transactions on the NSE. SBI MF was holding 3.25 lakh shares in the Company end June 2012, whereas ITC seems to be on a total exit route from the Company.
