BULK DEALS:
- STONE INDIA: NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY sold 50000 shares at 26.94 on the BSE. NIC was the largest public shareholder in the Company with 1.05 lakh shares end June 2012.
- ABG SHIPYARD: BERNACO ENERGY SYSTEMS bought 4.82 lakh shares at 378.99; SHREE DHOOT TRADING sold 4.75 lakh shares at 379. Both transactions on the NSE.
- ARCHIES: FE SECURITIES sold 1.69 lakh shares at 27.3 on the NSE FE SECURITIES was the largest public shareholder in the Company with 15.89 lakh shares end June 2012.
- EVEREADY INDS: HSBC GLOBAL sold 6.4 lakh shares at 20.34 on the NSE. HSBC GLOBAL was the largest public shareholder in the Company end March 2012 with 44.61 lakh shares. They had earlier sold 5 lakh shares on 1/10/2012.
- HDFC: CMP ASIA sold 4.3 crore shares at 761.08 on the NSE. CMP ASIA was the 2nl largest public shareholder with a holding of 5.7 crore shares end June 2012. CARLYLE, of which CMP is the Asia arm, has already announced its intentions of a total exit from the Company.
- UNITED SPIRITS LTD: CREDIT SUISSE sold 6.54 lakh shares at 1254.26 on the NSE. CREDIT SUISSE held 29.56 lakh shares of the Company end June 2012.
- IVRCL LTD: ASIAN SATELLITE BROADCAST PVT LTD sold 45.55 lakh shares at 44.7 on the NSE. ASIAN SATELLITE BROADCAST (a ZEE Enterprise) was the largest public shareholder end June 2012 with 2.02 crore shares.
