• TORRENT POWER: The promoter bought 29.9 lakh shares at 152.89 on the BSE; On the sell side evident party was INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CO. LTD. which sold 29.9 lakh shares at 152.89. End June 2012, IDFC held 49 lakh shares in the Company (1.04% stake). Could this be a initiation of total exit for IDFC from the Company or is it a one-off paring of stake; only time will tell.
• JBF INDUSTRIES: The promoter BHAGIRATH ARYA bought 9.5 lakh shares at 139.25 on the NSE and JBF EMPLOYEES WELFARE FOUNDATION sold 9.5 lakh shares at 139.25.
