BLOCK DEALS:

• BAYER CROPSCIENCE: On 25/9/2012 BAYER AG and BAYER CROPSCIENCE AKT combinedly sold 59.8 lakh shares at 1002.85 each on the BSE. The buyer was BILAG INDS PVT LTD who bought the 59.8 lakh shares at 1002.85.
• INDIAN HOTELS: TATA SONS bought 46.3 lakh shares at 62.3 each.on the NSE. The selling parties were EWERT INVESTMENTS, PIEM HOTELS, TAJ TRADE AND TRANSPORT which combinedly sold 46.3 lakh shares at 62.3.

BULK DEALS:

• CORE PROJECTS: BERMACO ENERGY SYSTEMS bought 11.6 lakh shares at 339.8 on the BSE; GOLDMAN SACHS sold 6.67 lakh shares at 339.95; DEUTSCHE SECURITIES sold 6.06 lakh shares at 338.14, all on the BSE.
• GOODRICK GROUP: SBI MF A/C MBAL bought 4.99 lakh shares at 135.25 and SBI MF A/C MSFU sold 4.99 lakh shares at 135.25, on the BSE.
• MAX INDIA: DYNAVEST INDIA bought 52.9 lakh shares at 189.05 on the BSE; JM FINANCIAL sold 52.9 lakh shares at 189.01 on the BSE.
• RAJ OIL: IFCI FACTORS sold 8.4 lakh shares at 8.93 combinedly on the BSE and NSE.; PARK HABITATS bought 5.25 lakh shares at 8.99 on the NSE.
• SADBHAV ENGG: IDFC PREMIER EQUITY FUND sold 15 lakh shares at 143 on the BSE.
