• Readers and Market participants will be pleased to know that last weeks trading ideas have enjoyed 100% success. The Markets have been kind.
• For the next week, I would prefer to wait it out a bit, since it is, as we all know, a news heavy week. The events are pivotal and we have no control over them really, so let us lighten positions, sit back a bit and see how things pan out before jumping in. Therefore, no fresh trading ideas today.
• However, for compulsive traders, who do not mind taking on the event risk, the Sector to watch out for seems to be the PUBLIC SECTOR BANKING space on the long side, with good upward movement possible in UNION BANK, ORIENTAL BANK, CANARA BANK, PNB, UCO BANK among others.
