      DEWAN HOUSING is an excellent pick for the long term, you could buy at cmp 165 odd and just keep for the next 2 years. However, the only possible concern is the recent news based report regd manipulation etc (though denied by the Mgmt) otherwise fundamentally it is a great buy at these levels. Even short term one can expect a 1st target of 183 followed by 197 and then 209. 1st target possible this month. All the best
