TRADE REPORT EOD 27/4/2012

• The Markets ended  a rather volatile session off the lows of the day, with the BSE SENSEX closing at 17134.25 (up 0.02%) and the NSE NIFTY closing at 5190.6 (up 0.03%).
• The broader markets finished with 1023 ADVANCES to 1113 DECLINES on the BSE. However, the down-tick in high-beta continued unabated with the Sectoral Indices on the BSE reflecting the same.

• The top traded counters on the NSE, by traded quantity, were LANCO (DELIVERY VOLUMES 28%), HDIL (DV 9%), SUZLON (DV 24%), JPA (19%), UNITECH (31%) in that order.
• Prominent Bulk deals on the NSE; SWISS FINANCE CORPORATION bought IVRCL 1631119 shares at 61.33, JK LAKSHMI CEMENT bought 994445 of JK LAKSHMI CEMENT at 66.
