ZYDUSS WELLNESS has strong support at 580 levels for long term entry, but do not expect too many fireworks from the Stock going ahead. There are better options available.

VST is a good pick, congrats, and has strong support at 1020 levels around which it can be bought for the long term. Fubdamentals look good though the Price has run up immensely over the past year or so. So dont rush in to buy , wait for a bad day and buy around 1020 levels for the long term.
