CANARA BANK closed today at 431, up 0.67% on the NSE. Long term investors may note that the Scrip is trading close to 1 times Book Value. It has a strong support on the long term Charts at 409 levels, thus rendering the risk-reward ratio extremely favourable. In my opinion CMP and all dips should be used to accumulate the Stock for the long term. As indications build regarding the possibility of the Interest Rate Cycle turning, the Scrip will zoom!!!
