PREFACE

Investing, as most Gurus would tell you, is akin to art. You need to have the right inspiration, the right colours and of course the basic talent to effectively put brush to canvas. It is also as true that Stock Markets the world over are dynamic; constantly reacting to changes in the macro environment and often themselves affecting the financial parameters that constitute the macro environment. The Indian Stock Markets have also mirrored the changes in the Indian as well as World economic environment and the dynamics have been most prominent in the last decade. In my two decades odd association with the Indian Markets as a Tracker/Watcher/Investor the question I have been asked most often has been 'What are the best stocks to invest in'? maybe in not so many words but nevertheless implying the same. The aim of this Blog is to try and effectively answer this oft asked question.
